5. Property at S Logan : May go into closed session per Iowa Code 21.5(1)(c) j.  To discuss the purchase of particular real estate only where premature disclosure could be reasonably expected to increase the price the governmental body would have to pay for that property.

6. Approve Certificate Of Substantial Completion for Pool Project

7. Resolution 21-17: Resolution Kyle Chitty Salary Increase- CPO

8. Approve Pay Estimate #13 for $3,321.90 to Sande Construction for the Pool Project

9. Erickson Park Ballfield – School Lease
