Superintendent Harold Hovick inquired about when the council would like to have
the Christmas decorations up. He has
called about the boom truck and it is not working at this time and Dean will be
on vacation Nov 17 – 26. At this time he
is looking at putting them up after Thanksgiving. He was asked if he had contacted Rob Morgan
about using his boom truck. Harold
stated he has not. Consensus of the
council was to get the Christmas decorations up as soon as possible and if he
needed extra help next week to get them up that would be fine. Harold also asked if the banners were suppose
