5. Public Hearing – FY 2008/09 Budget Amendment

a. Resolution No. 09-03 Approving the 2008/09 Budget Amendment

6. Housing Grant

a. Award contract to S & J Installation in the amount of $25,030 for the property at 126 S Vine Street

7. Consider changing date of next meeting to May 26^th due to the Memorial Day holiday

8. Ordinance No. 68 – Amending Water Rates – 1^st reading

NOTE: The Council may motion to suspend the rule requiring the reading of Ordinances on three (3) separate days.

9. Consider purchase of property for the Park

NOTE: The Council may go into closed session pursuant to Code Section 21.5(j) in order to discuss pricing and legal
matters. All decisions will be made in open session by motion and will be recorded in the minutes.
